American CoolAir Axial Panel Fans
LRW, FES, AWPVC SHUTTERS & GRILLS: Coolair has developed a complete ventilation system for farm use combining the NBF, NCF, NEF, NBR or FD fan with the all aluminum LRW and FES shutters or the PVC constructed AWPVC shutter. Both fan and shutter can be combined with a heavy gauge galvanized steel wall housing (square box or slope) for exterior mounting, allowing a maximum of unobstructed interior space.
INLET DAMPER / INSULATED INLET DAMPER:this ‘a next generation’ Inlet Damper to the Agricultural Industry! The unique Inlet Damper design provides both increased efficiency and convenience. The damper consists of 4 vertical doors, which open automatically when the fan is energized. The doors come together during the fan’s operation, providing a nearly unobstructed path for the exhaust airstream. When the fan is not in use, the doors seal magnetically, and a foam rubber gasket on the door frame minimizes air leakage. Available in insulated construction.
FWH and SWH WALL HOUSING (BOX): Coolair’s FWH (square box) wall housing is an exterior unit to house NBF, NCF, NEF, NBR or FD fans and the LRW, FES and AWPVC shutters. It is constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel and can be attached to exterior walls to free the interior space from obstructions. Guards are included for the intake side of the housing. The SWH (slope) wall housing allows the shutter to be placed on the intake side of the fan and eliminates air turbulence with the shutter on the downwind side of the fan. It prevents the warm air from being lost, through the metal wall housing, to the outside cold air in cold climate operations. The slope wall housing is constructed of galvanized steel for long, durable wear and low maintenance. Guards are included for the exhaust side of the housing.
DISCHARGE CONES OF TYPE ECONO-CONE: Discharge cones are available on 36”, 48”, 52” and 54” fans. The galvanized discharge cones increase airflow without increasing energy costs to drive the fan.

Coolair’s innovative cast aluminum disc with four captured bearings is the structural base for pulley-blade assembly. Rotary auto belt tensioner ensures continuous optimal belt tension and peak fan operation. Specially formed structural components provide for a sturdy, yet aerodynamic support package.
MOTORS: American Coolair provides dependable, energy efficient motors to drive our fans. The totally enclosed motors are available in 1/15 to 25 horsepower sizes. Two speed motors and specialty motors are available.
VARIABLE SPEED CONROL: A variable speed controller is an available option for all FGDC models. The controller allows motor speed adjustment from full to half performance, ideal for minimum ventilation applications or wherever a precise flow rate is required.
