NBF FAN: American Coolair’s NBF fan provides the solution to fresh air ventilation in most types of farm buildings. The rugged, belt driven construction operates in any position, has permanently lubricated ball bearings, and is available with single or two-speed totally enclosed motors. The fan utilized exclusive CoolAir’s stationary shaft design. This is high volume agricultural building ventilator.
NBC (MNBCDD52L, LE, M, ME) & NEF (MNEFDD52L, LE, M, ME / MNEFC) FAN: American CoolAir’s NBC fan features airfoil blade design and provides more air than any other type of fan. NEF features four blade design and it is economical answer to your ventilation requirements.
NCF FAN (MNCFDD52L, LE, M, ME): American Coolair quality is integrated in NCF fan design, with it’s unique blade design. These galvanized fans use quality materials and precise engineering techniques in constructing blade assemblies assure you years of quiet, trouble-free service. The fan utilized exclusive CoolAir’s stationary shaft design.
NBR FAN: American CoolAir’s NBR fan utilizes all galvanized, four blade design construction which is corrosion resistant.
FD FAN: American Coolair’s direct drive FD fan features long lasting, corrosion resistant galvanized construction. The direct drive FD eliminates the need for belts that might slip or need replacing and helps to reduce drive losses commonly associated with belt-driven fans. The FD fan is mounted in either a waferwood or a metal box for easy handling and rapid installation. Wire guards are installed on both front and rear of the fan for safe operation. Totally enclosed, energy efficient ball bearing motors are used.
AL FAN: American Coolair’s AL aluminum greenhouse fan is all-aluminum fans are the answer to concerns about rust and corrosion in today’s damp greenhouse environment. Combined with an aluminum wall housing, an aluminum shutter, and a vinyl coated wire guard, the AL fan will provide years of trouble-free and corrosion-free service. AL fans feature all-welded angle frame construction for a rugged and durable unit. The fan panel has a deep spun orifice for maximum efficiency. AL fans utilize Coolair’s exclusive drive assembly used on our fans for over 80 years. The die-formed aluminum blades are bolted to a cast aluminum hub, which also serves as the fan pulley. Power is applied through V-belts directly to the propeller with the blade load concentrated directly over the fan bearings, thus eliminating overhung bearing load. AL fans are available with single- or two-speed totally enclosed motors.
WH - Wall Housing is made of heavy gauge galvanized sheet metal and is available in standard and extended version. Accessories include access door.
MC – Mounting Collar is made of heavy gauge galvanized steel for use with American CoolAir’s C-fans.
