PVH ILG Heavy Duty Exhaust/Supply Propeller Wall Fans
PVH series of wall propeller exhaust/supply fans are recommended for the general ventilation of industrial, commercial and agricultural buildings. Unit may be specified for either exhaust, or supply applications. All fans carry AMCA seal for Certfied performance ratings program tested in accordance with AMCA Publications 211 and 311 and licensed by AMCA. All models are listed by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. to U.S. and Canadian Safety standards under UL705 - E39944 standard.
PVH Fan Construction: PVH models feature welded steel construction for extra structural strength. The one-piece heavy gauge steel panel with deep-spun venturi orifice is pre-drilled for easy mounting. Galvanized steel motor and bearing plates are welded to rigid steel pipe supports with steel pipe brackets. The propeller is six-bladed fixed pitch, die-formed steel, secured to a structural steel hub-plate, and it is statically balanced. Blades are reinforced with multiple thickness. Fan shafts are keyed, turned, ground and polished steel. Unit is finished in backed enamel.
PVH Drive Mechanism: PH models are equipped with a standard adjustable belt drive, with variable pitch cast iron pulley for adjusting fan speed. Belt drives for motors up to 5 HP are equipped with single belted pulleys. High horsepower drives utilize multiple belts. A motor slide base allows belt tension adjustment. Belts are oil-resistant and are not static conducting.
PVH Fan Bearings: Heavy Duty Pillow Block Bearings with cast iron housings are self-aligning and relubricable, with zerk fittings and double seals.
PVH Fan Motors: The standard motors for PF units are single-phase, through 1 HP, or three phase for ½ HP and higher with open drip-proof construction. Also available are totally enclosed motors, and two-speed open motors up to 1 HP. Spark resistant construction fans are furnished with non-ferrous blade assembly and explosion proof motors. All motors brands are recognized and serviced nationwide.
PVH Fan Certification: All fans bear the AMCA Certified Ratings Seal for Air Performance. All units are factory test-run prior shipping.
PVH Fan Accessories: Wall Housing of galvanized steel, Automatic or Motor-Operated Shutters in aluminum construction . Motor-side and blade-side safety guards as per OSHA requirements. Safety disconnect switches, ILG-A-Tritronic Speed Controller, Special coatings: vinyl and epoxy are optional choice.
