Type FADP - Fiberglass Wall Panel Fan
FRP Wall Fans designed for corrosive environments.Capacities to 50,000 CFM and Pressures to 1-1/2” WG SP.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES: direct drive, supply/exhaust applications, FRP airfoil impeller & FRP venturi and wall box with mounting flange with 316 SS.
ACCESSORIES/OPTIONS: NEMA3R Disconnect switch, FRP/PVC Dampers, Polyethylene mesh birdscreen, Special resins, FRP rain hood, Carbon impregnation, Monel hardware, Ex-proof & special duty motors.
FAN HOUSING SPECIFICATIONS: Fan panel and mounting box are constructed of UV inhibited Hetron 99 P polyester resin with Class I flame spread of 25, or less. Fan housing interior is protected with a layer of synthetic surfacing veil. Fan panel venturi arranged for either exhaust or supply operation. The FRP encapsulated motor base. Fan mounting box has integral molded outlet flange.
FAN IMPELLER SPECIFICATIONS: Axial impeller shall be constructed of fiberglass and have airfoil, helical design shaped blades secured to a fiberglass hub assembly. Blade pitch angles shall be factory set. Axial impeller hub shall be designed to incorporate a split taper bushing, and be keyed directly to motor shaft. Bushing shall be protected by a removable fiberglass cap.
FAN MOTOR AND DRIVE SPECIFICATIONS: Motor shall be TEFC industrial duty and conform to NEMA standards. Motor shall be of voltage, horsepower, RPM and enclosure as indicated on the fan schedule.
ACCESSORIES SPECIFICATIONS: Where indicated, fan shall be provided with the following optional accessories: Disconnect switch - mount, or mounted and wired NEMA 3R non-fused safety disconnect switch / NEMA 4X non-fused safety disconnect switch ; FRP and PVC Dampers; Polyethylene mesh birdscreen; Special resins; FRP rain hood (supply only); Carbon impregnation with static grounding; Monel hardware; Explosion proof & special duty motors.
FAN TESTING AND STANDARDS: Fans shall be rated and tested in accordance with ANSI/AMCA Standard 210. All motors and electrical components shall conform to NEMA standards.
