PV ILG Direct Drive Wall Exhaust/Supply Fans

PV series of direct drive wall propeller fans made by ILG Industries Division in sizes from 6” to 48”. Capacities from 205 CFM to 35,279 CFM and up to 5/8” Water Gauge pressures. Designed to handle large volumes of air with low power output. All fans carry AMCA seal for Certfied performance ratings program tested in accordance with AMCA Publications 211 and 311 and licensed by AMCA. All models are listed by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. to U.S. and Canadian Safety standards under UL705 - E39944 standard.

PV Series fans feature durable heavy-gauge steel panels with pre-drilled holes for quick mounting on the surface of the wall, or recessed in the wall opening. Available with Q-Type prop for whisper-quiet operation, or 5 and 9 airfoil blades prop for higher static pressure applications. All fans are available for vertical shaft down, or vertical shaft up operation. Standard coating system is transformer green bnacked enamel system after five stage surface preparation.

p>PV series fans are avialble with optional gravity-automatic wall shutter for exhaust applications. Shutter blades are of extruded aluminum counter-balanced type profile with seals. Construction features interlocking storm-proof design blades. Optional manual operator kit is supplied upon request. For air supply applications a motorized version of the same damper is available combined with a delay switch and metal sleeve, or metal housing. Shutter Bird Guard is a flat guard made of 1/2" X 1", 16 Ga, PVC coated wire mounted at the front of the shutter.

PV series fans are avialble with optional Motor Side Safety Guard made of 1/2" X 1", 16 Ga, PVC coated wire. Guards completely envelope motor side of the fan and are in compliance with OSHA requirements.

PV series fans are avialble with optional Front Fan Safety Guards made of 1/2" X 1", 16 Ga, PVC coated wire. Guards completely cover the front side of the fan and are OSHA compliant.

PV series fans are avialble with optional wall metal sleeve, or metal wall housing with turned in flanges at both ends allowing for through the wall installation from inside or outside the building. Metal housing is available assembled with the fan, or knocked down for assembly in the field. Wall housing accessories include metal housing flat guard, discharge hood, discharge hood flat guard, intake hood, intake hood flat guard, mounting flanges, and access door.
